Account Deletion

1. Important Information
Deleting your account is permanent. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored, and all associated data will be removed from our servers.
What you lose:
- All chat history and media shared on Boofer.
- Your Discover profile and connections.
- All personalized data and settings.
2. How to Delete Your Account
There are two ways to delete your account:
Method 1: In-App
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Follow the on-screen instructions.
Method 2: Email Request
Email support@shaadowapp.com with "Account Deletion" as the subject. Include your username. We will process your request within 48 hours.
3. Data Retention
We retain your data for a maximum of 30 days during the deletion process to facilitate potential recovery if you change your mind. After 30 days, your data is permanently scrubbed.
