1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Shaadow Platforms applications (including Boofer and FavTunes), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the apps.
2. User Accounts (Boofer)
- Registration: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and security keys.
- Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Content: You represent that any content you post to the Discover profile is accurate and doesn't violate any laws or third-party rights.
3. App Usage (FavTunes)
- License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to stream music through the app for personal use.
- Restrictions: You may not attempt to download, scrape, or redistribute the music tracks or app data.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users on Boofer.
- Distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content.
- Interfere with the core security or performance of the applications.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we find you in violation of these terms.
